Origin of the PACT Assessment

We regularly hold discussions with companies interested in our services. We guarantee a success rate of 100% and are continually working to optimize the quality of our product. Therefore, in collaboration with HartKantoor, we developed the PACT assessment, a specific assessment for legal professionals. The combination of this unique assessment with a structured interview leads to more valid statements about the extent to which the background and ambition of candidates match specific vacancies.

It provides insights into the qualities and developmental potential of candidates, what energizes them, what drains their energy, and offers more certainty regarding the choice of the right candidate.

Developmental Potential

From the perspective of the candidate, the PACT assessment is also interesting. It is a short online assessment (maximum 20 minutes) at the expense of Legal People. Aside from discovering where your talent lies and assessing whether you are optimizing your energy delivery and utilization, the PACT assessment also reveals what specifically costs you energy and where your developmental potential lies. Thus, it is not only a measurement tool in a search process but also a valuable insight into yourself to determine where you stand and where you might go next.
